How to Order

Placing an Order/Checkout

When checking out, please follow the directions below.

Step 1: Customer Information
Follow the fields and enter the information that is requested. The information listed in bold are required fields. Examples of customer information would be Name, Address, Phone, Email, Etc.

Step 2: Shipping Information
Provide information on where your order should be sent. If your shipping address is the same as your billing address, simply check the appropriate box. Derma-Grip uses UPS standard shipping as the default shipping method. If you require a faster shipping method such as two day or overnight, please indicate in the comments section on the Customer Information page. Derma-Grip cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Step 3: Billing Information
Select the payment options: Visa, MasterCard, or C.O.D. (UPS adds additional charges for C.O.D. and residential deliveries, plus shipping) and enter the matching billing address. Total shipping charges will not be assessed until we ship your order. You can estimate your shipping charges by clicking here. If you want an exact total of your shipping charges please request it in the Comments section of the customer information form. A customer representative will contact you either by phone or via email within 24 hours.
