Shipping Information

• Derma-Grip uses UPS standard shipping as the default shipping method. If you require a faster shipping method such as two day or overnight, please indicate in the comments section on the Customer Information page and your order will be shipped FOB Dalton, GA. Derma-Grip cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

• Shipping charges will be accessed when the order is received at our distribution center. You will not receive a total for shipping charges on this Web site unless you request it in the Comments section of the customer order page. You may estimate the shipping charges by looking at the chart below. Your credit card will be charged for the total amount of the order including shipping once the order is processed.

• Standard in-stock merchandise will normally ship in 3-7 business days after order is processed.

• Orders placed after 11:30 am eastern time will be processed on the following business day. If an order is placed over the weekend, it will be processed on the next business day.

• The maximum weight size of one package is 45 lbs. If an order exceeds 45 lbs an additional package will be shipped. Shipping charges will be assessed based on the number of packages, size, and weight of order.
