Policy
• If you receive merchandise that appears to have been damaged
during the delivery process, please contact your local UPS office
listed in your phone directory or call 1-800-742-5877.
• Derma-Grip products are manufactured to rigid quality control
specifications and warranted to be free from defects. Defective
products brought to our attention within six months of purchase
will be replaced at no charge to our customer. Please contact Derma-Grip
to request a Return Authorization number before shipping material
to Derma-Grip. COD or collect shipments will not be accepted without
a valid Return Authorization number. Proof of purchase, batch number
(located on each container) and a sample may be required for quality
and performance evaluation prior to issuing a Return Authorization.

• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If an
item is returned to Derma-Grip for a refund or exchange the customer
is responsible for all shipping charges that are incurred.
• CODS or collect shipments will not be accepted on return
items.
• Returned items should be accompanied by a valid Return Authorization
number.
• Restocking fee may apply after 30 days.
• All claims for damages or shortages must be made within
5 days after receipt of shipment.
• Derma-Grip will NOT be responsible for packages returned
to us due to order refusals or returned orders after 3 delivery
attempts have been made. A 20% restocking fee plus freight charges,
and any additional handling charges, will be applied.
